Can I do just reconciliation services?No, reconciliation is a process, not just one step. It requires multiple steps.

Can I cancel at anytime?Yes. We ask that you follow the terms you have agreed to, with your bookkeeper. This will be in your engagement letter that you sign, however we will not force any services.

How often will we connect?We can connect as often as you would like, within reason. Some clients only want to connect once a week, some would only like to chat at the end of the month. This is up to you and what your goals & expectations are.

Where are you located?We do not hold any physical addresses yet, which means we are virtual/remote and can assist anyone that needs help.

When will payments be due?Payments are typically due on the 1st of each month. If this would not work for you we can discuss something to better serve you.

How long do clean-up jobs take?Typically 4-6 weeks, however, if you have a year or more to clean up please expect that this can take roughly 8 weeks or more.

Do you offer hourly rates?No, we work on a monthly basis or on a project basis (i.e. cleanup jobs). Contact us for a more detailed estimate on the monthly or whole project cost for your business needs!

How does your enrolled agent partnership work?Our enrolled agent is not an employee of our company, but is partnered with us to work closely with our clients if they choose. She is a gem, and can assist businesses in all 50 states. There is no charge to consult with her, either with our services or if you are only in need of tax services.
